By using SpeakEase TTS ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have a business license.
• You are responsible for the content you convert to speech.
• You must not use the App for illegal or harmful activities.

2. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and all code are property of SpeakEase. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App.

3. Privacy & Data

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data as described therein.

4. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee error-free operation or that the TTS output will be perfect.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeakEase is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
